Look whose in town!

What's up people sorry for the lack of posts, the Bank Job and bible school have been keeping me very busy. On the 28th and 29th of January Dr Jamal Bryant one of my favorite preachers was in town for two nights only at an open air conference in Wuse 2 Abuja. I was only able to attend one night the 28th however the service I attended was amazing, the knowledge that he kicked was toooo much, hopefully I will be able to put the video on the blog at a later date so you to can get the revelation that was dropped.

One question for you, Why is the mountain Golgotha called that and whose skull was buried in that mountain?? The answer is in the name!

Naija Hustle Part 1: Knickers anyone???

A fellow copper in my NYSC CD group was shotting far from authentic Abercrombie knickers during my NYSC CD meeting, alot of girls were copping this limited edition merchandise and if you didn't fancy the abercrombie there were also some festive knickers too. One thing that came to mind was how does this stuff get to Naija!!!

Bible Skool!!!

Some of you already know that I started bible school a few weeks ago when I told you about the sauna experience lol.  The name of the bible school is Dunamis School of Ministry, the lectures that I've been to so far have been incredible and have really shown me Christianity and the bible in a new light. You guys need to join me in pray so that I can keep up with some of the requirements shown below...

Some the Requirements:

1. Must read 40 Chapters of the Bible everyday
   
2. Speak in tongues for half an hour everyday
   
3. Fast/wait on God two times a week
   
4. Shirt and tie to lectures

Ps. Just because I'm in bible school doesn't mean I want to be a Pastor!

26 of my favorite things!!!

What's really good people? Today is your boys birthday. Today I turned 26, 4 years from 30 yikees and yes I do have a 5 year plan lol. Anyway today I have listed 26 of my favorite things, places and people to commemorate this great day, enjoy... 

1) Plantain - I don't mind what is cooked for me as long as plantain is in the situation, can I get a witness!!!! 

2) Drink - Tea solves everything can I get another witness!!!

3) Fruit - Have you ever tried bananas with white rice and stew?

4) Channel - CNN: Was hooked on this channel during the US elections especially situation room.

 

5) Film - The Pianist, one of the greatest films ever made...

6) Actor - Edward Norton, became my favorite actor after I watched fight club. 

7) Colour - Blue

8) City - New York, every country is represented in this city.

9)  High street brand - Reiss, sharp suits and jackets. Everything in this store is on point apart from their jeans.

10) Politician - President Obama 

11) Female Singer - Jill Scott, beautiful voice, beautiful lady...

12) Male Singer - Eric Roberson, incredible voice!  

13) Eau De Toilette - Armani Attitude

14) Car - Aston Martin Vanquish, the car speaks for its self...

15) Book - The bible, the amplified to be specific. I love the way thus version expands each verse. 

16) Person from the Bible - Apart from Christ the King, King Solomon, with Godly wisdom you can have and achieve anything! 

17) Athlete - Michael Jordan, when this guy left the game it affected the stock market...pause and think of that.

18) Kicks, Sneakers, Trainers - Jordan 4, still haven't found them in my size @ a decent price... 

19) Football Team - She supports them...Arsenal

20) Basketball Team - L.A Lakers

21) Super Hero - Spider Man

22) News Anchors - I couldn't decide between my dude Wolf Blitzer and Heart throb (No homo) Anderson Cooper so I'm going with both!  

23) Season - Spring, not too hot, not too cold, beautiful scenery.

Ceddi Plaza [ Location: Area 11 (I think...) ]

Ceddi plaza is probably one of the best shopping centers in Abuja in terms of the shops there and the layout. It has a few decent stores like Apple, Nike, Swatch etc , there's also a 4 screen cinema. The funny thing about this place is that 90% of the people that come here don't shop at alllllll. People come here to eat, socialise or pose. The way some of the people dress to come to this place, remember a shopping center, you would think you were in a club or at somebody's party... Anyway some pictures below
